- Technical Specifications: We strive to accurately describe the power of the product (20kVA - 2000kVA), the capacity of the energy storage system, the illumination range of the lighthouse, the specifications of the diesel generator set accessories, as well as the emission standards (such as EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4) and dimensions. However, due to continuous technological improvements, the actual product may slightly differ from the description on the website. All information is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer.

- Brand Collaboration: This website may mention brands such as Caterpillar, Cummins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Kohler, Volvo, Wuxi Chuanxiang, etc., merely to illustrate the range of products we offer. These trademarks belong to their respective owners.

- Quotation: The quotations displayed on the website are only reference prices. The final price depends on the specific configuration, purchase quantity, transportation terms (FOB/CIF), as well as exchange rate fluctuations, and is subject to the formal sales contract (Sales Contract) or proforma invoice (Proforma Invoice) issued by us. 

5. Orders and Contracts 

The inquiry forms or orders submitted through this website merely constitute an invitation for us to make an offer. Before we accept your order, we are not bound by any order. The expression of acceptance is that we send you a written sales confirmation or a form invoice. After receiving our written confirmation, it constitutes a binding contract. 

6. Payment and Delivery 

The specific payment terms (such as the proportion of the deposit, the payment of the balance) and delivery terms (such as INCOTERMS 2024) will be separately stipulated in the sales contract.

This clause is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be interpreted in accordance with those laws. The principles of legal conflicts shall not be taken into account.

Any disputes arising from this clause or the website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no settlement is reached through negotiation, either party may submit the matter to the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts (DIFC Courts) for litigation resolution.

You acknowledge that our diesel generator sets, energy storage systems and related technologies may be subject to the export control laws of the United Arab Emirates and other relevant international jurisdictions. You agree not to directly or indirectly export, re-export any of our products, technologies or services to countries/regions subject to international sanctions or entities listed on the control list. 

12. Changes to the terms 

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If the revised content is significant, we will issue a notice on the main page. By continuing to use this website after the revision takes effect, you indicate your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.
